Prior to this, Arnold’s accumulated HR experience spans across multiple industries, with him leading teams in well-established companies in Indonesia such as Toyota Astra Motor, Indomobil Nissan, Bank CIMB Niaga and Indosat Ooredoo. His areas of expertise include learning management, HR scorecards, strategic planning, strategic recruitment and assessment, knowledge management and improvement programs.

VP, Human Capital - Combiphar
Alexandra has over 30 years of professional experience, most of which have been in the field of HR. As VP of Human Capital at healthcare company Comphibar (which also owns prominent companies such as Air Mancur Group and Simba Indosnack Makmur), she aligns the group’s business functions to create culture and teams that are motivated to succeed against organizational goals. Alexandra was also previously at Astra International Group where she led human capital at Toyota Sales Operations. She is a professional licensed trainer with an international coach certification.
