How do employees in Indonesia feel about remote working?

As countries implement varying degrees of lockdowns to tackle the global coronavirus outbreak, we see employees across the world getting acclimatised to business-wide remote work arrangements, video conferences and virtual collaborations.

But is working from home necessarily everyone’s cup of tea?

To accurately find out how employees in Indonesia feel about their ‘Work from Home’ arrangements, we tapped into our database and surveyed over 160 professionals across various industries, job functions and seniorities, from 16 April to 13 May 2020, to gauge their sentiments towards remote working.
