In this pivotal role, your core mission will be to expand the company's portfolio, strengthen product presence, unlock new opportunities, and drive category expansion and revenue growth. This position is ideal for a strategic thinker and hands-on executor who thrives in a high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and growth objectives.
  • Foster and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations.
  • Identify new business opportunities and present tailored software solutions to meet client needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and implementation of software solutions.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  • Provide regular updates and forecasts to senior management on account status and pipeline development.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.

What you Bring:

The ideal candidate for this IT Sales role brings a wealth of experience from the Principal Software / System Integrator company. You have demonstrated your ability to lead high-performing teams towards achieving ambitious targets. Your strategic thinking allows you to define business KPIs and develop data-driven strategies effectively. You are adept at identifying new opportunities, resolving challenges, and managing resources efficiently. Your leadership skills are second to none, and you have a proven track record of inspiring, motivating, and coaching teams.

  • Proven experience as a IT Sales or similar role minimum for 5 years, within a principal Software/ System Integrator company.
  • Strong understanding of software solutions and the ability to communicate their value effectively with broad FSI / Banking / Multifinance portfolio
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and the ability to execute on sales objectives.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
