We are looking for a hands-on operational leader to drive the performance of our manufacturing and retail business. This role will be responsible for end-to-end operations, profitability, and process excellence across production and offline stores.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage end-to-end operations across manufacturing/production lines and offline retail stores to ensure efficiency, quality, and business performance.
  • Own operational P&L, budget planning, OPEX management, and cost optimization initiatives to maximize profitability.
  • Drive workflow improvement, SOP implementation, productivity enhancement, and operational excellence across all business functions.
  • Monitor and improve key business metrics including sales performance, inventory management, production output, labor productivity, and customer experience.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination across production, supply chain, logistics, merchandising, and store operations.
  • Build, coach, and lead high-performing teams while fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and execution excellence

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in retail, manufacturing, or multi-site operations management.
  • Proven experience managing both manufacturing/production operations and offline retail store operations.
  • Exposure to technology-driven businesses and/or management consulting is highly preferred and will be considered a strong advantage, particularly in driving operational transformation and scalable growth.
  • Strong track record in P&L ownership, budgeting, OPEX control, and operational transformation.
  • Excellent leadership, analytical, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Results-driven, commercially minded, and highly hands-on in managing day-to-day operations.
