Chief of Staff (Logistic Tech)

We are looking for a Chief of Staff (Internal Control) to drive operational excellence, risk management, internal controls, and strategic execution across the organization. This role will partner closely with senior leadership to strengthen governance, build scalable operating frameworks, manage enterprise risks, and ensure key initiatives are delivered effectively. The ideal candidate combines Big 4 rigor with experience in high-growth technology businesses and thrives in driving change through influence and execution.
What you'll do
- Lead enterprise-wide risk and governance initiatives, ensuring business processes, controls, and operations comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Build and strengthen SOPs, internal control frameworks, and operating procedures to improve efficiency, accountability, and scalability.
- Identify operational and business risks, develop mitigation plans, and maintain a robust Risk Register to safeguard business continuity.
- Drive audit, compliance, and remediation programs, ensuring timely implementation of corrective actions and follow-up on audit findings.
- Partner with senior stakeholders across functions to lead strategic projects, embed governance practices, and drive organization-wide process improvements.
What you'll bring
- 7–8+ years of experience in Risk Management, Internal Controls, Audit, Consulting, Project Management, or Operational Excellence.
- Background from a Big 4 firm, followed by experience in a ride-hailing, consumer technology, e-commerce, logistics-tech, or other high-growth technology environment.
- Proven track record of building SOPs, governance frameworks, risk management processes, and control environments from the ground up.
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive cross-functional adoption of processes and initiatives.
- Strong experience leading enterprise-wide projects involving risk, controls, operational transformation, or compliance.
- Analytical, structured, and commercially minded with strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
