We are looking for a Head of Growth to lead customer acquisition, digital marketing, and revenue growth for a rapidly growing OTA business. This role will be responsible for building and scaling growth strategies, strengthening the company's online presence, and driving sustainable revenue growth. The ideal candidate brings deep OTA/travel industry experience, a proven track record of building functions from scratch, leading teams, and maintaining a hands-on approach to execution.

What you'll do

  • Own and deliver revenue growth, driving bookings, customer acquisition, retention, and profitability across all digital channels.
  • Lead end-to-end growth marketing, including performance marketing, SEO/SEM, CRM, affiliates, partnerships, and conversion optimization.
  • Build and scale growth programs, including loyalty, membership, referral, and strategic partnership initiatives.
  • Strengthen the company's online presence and market position, increasing brand visibility, traffic, and customer engagement.
  • Use data to drive decisions, continuously optimizing customer funnel performance, marketing ROI, and overall growth metrics.

What you'll bring

  • 7–8+ years of experience in Growth, Digital Marketing, E-commerce, OTA, Travel-Tech, Airlines, or Hospitality.
  • Proven experience in the OTA or travel industry, with strong understanding of digital customer acquisition and online booking ecosystems.
  • Hands-on mindset with willingness to execute, test, and optimize campaigns personally when needed.
  • Track record of building and scaling growth functions, marketing engines, or commercial programs from scratch
  • Strong commercial acumen with a proven history of delivering revenue growth, customer acquisition, and retention targets.
