What you'll do:

  • Professional background leading field-based teams as well as training groups while reporting outcomes directly to executive leadership using a data-driven approach.
  • Exceptional communication skills in both English and Indonesian that enable you to engage empathetically with stakeholders at every level of the organisation.
  • Willingness to work on-site in Jakarta as part of a committed local team focused on achieving shared commercial objectives.
  • Comfortable utilising Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides), CRM platforms (such as Zoho & Zendesk), communication tools (Slack), data analytics software, and project management systems (Hex & Jira) for daily operations.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification demonstrating your commitment to personal development and academic achievement.
