We are looking for a Sales Leader for an EdTech company, where you will be responsible for driving commercial growth, building strategic partnerships, and establishing a strong market presence in Indonesia.

What you'll do

- Lead and execute the overall sales and commercial strategy across Indonesia
- Build and expand strong partnerships with schools, government bodies, and enterprises
- Develop and manage end-to-end sales funnels, from pipeline generation to deal closure
- Establish and optimize sales systems, structure, and distribution channels, particularly in Jakarta and Tier 1 cities
- Drive revenue growth through both direct sales and partnership channels
- Recruit, lead, and develop a high-performing sales team
- Identify new market opportunities and go-to-market strategies
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and operations teams

What you'll bring

  • - 8–10+ years of experience in sales, partnerships, or commercial roles
  • - Strong network and connections with schools, government, and enterprise sectors in Indonesia
  • - Proven track record in building sales structure, distribution, and scalable systems
  • - Experience managing multi-channel sales (direct + partnerships)
  • - Strong understanding of the Indonesia market (Jakarta & Tier 1 cities)
  • - Background in EdTech is highly preferred
  • - Experience in Retail or FMCG multinational companies is a plus
  • - Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and execution skills
