HEAD OF TRANSFORMATION AND VALUE CREATION OFFICE A leading organisation in Jakarta is seeking a Head of Transformation and Value Creation Office to champion the execution of strategic initiatives and drive measurable business outcomes across the enterprise.

What you'll do:

As Head of Transformation and Value Creation Office, you will play a critical role in shaping the organisation’s future by driving end-to-end strategic initiatives that span multiple business areas. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve overseeing complex programmes such as SME growth or digital transformation, establishing governance frameworks that ensure accountability at every stage. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to embed change into daily operations while supporting employees through transition periods.

  • Lead and oversee enterprise-wide strategic initiatives such as SME growth, cloud expansion, and digital transformation by setting clear objectives and ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
  • Establish robust PMO governance frameworks that define milestones, timelines, accountability structures, and risk mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery of key programmes.
  • Proactively identify potential risks impacting programme delivery and develop effective solutions in partnership with stakeholders across business units.
  • Drive organisational restructuring efforts and redesign operating models to align with evolving business strategies while nurturing a culture of adaptability.
  • Lead change management initiatives that facilitate smooth adoption of new processes across all business units, ensuring employees feel supported throughout transitions.
  • Embed transformation initiatives into daily operations by collaborating with teams to integrate new practices seamlessly into existing workflows.


What you bring:

To excel as Head of Transformation and Value Creation Office, you will bring extensive experience managing complex strategic programmes within large organisations. Your background in consulting or corporate strategy equips you with the analytical skills needed for rigorous cost-benefit analysis while your commercial acumen ensures every initiative delivers tangible value. You possess exceptional stakeholder management abilities honed through interactions with C-suite executives and cross-functional teams. Your approach is grounded in empathy; you understand how change impacts individuals at every level of the organisation. You are adept at designing operating models that foster inclusively while leading change management efforts that support employees through transitions. Your communication skills enable you to articulate progress clearly so everyone remains informed and engaged. Above all, your commitment to collaborative problem-solving ensures transformation initiatives are embedded successfully into daily operations.

  • 12–18+ years experience in strategy execution, transformation management or PMO leadership roles within large organisations.
  • Demonstrated success in driving large-scale transformation programmes that deliver measurable outcomes across multiple business functions.
  • Extensive experience designing operating models and leading change management initiatives that foster employee engagement and smooth adoption.
  • High commercial acumen with proven ability to link strategic initiatives directly to financial impact and ROI for the organisation.
  • Background in consulting, corporate strategy or transformation roles is highly preferred due to the complexity of the programmes involved.
