Key Responsibilities

  • Architect and execute end-to-end growth strategies to drive revenue, user acquisition, and market penetration in the OTA space.
  • Lead commercial initiatives including pricing, monetization, and revenue optimization with a focus on sustainable unit economics.
  • Identify untapped market opportunities, define high-potential customer segments, and develop targeted go-to-market plans.
  • Build and scale strategic partnerships across travel, lifestyle, fintech, and mobility ecosystems — from negotiation to integration and performance tracking.
  • Own brand positioning and storytelling to differentiate the company in a crowded OTA landscape, especially during early-stage market entry.
  • Drive full-funnel marketing execution — from performance campaigns to community-led growth — with a strong bias for experimentation and iteration.
  • Collaborate closely with product, operations, and leadership to align growth initiatives with business goals and customer needs.
  • Monitor key growth metrics and use data-driven insights to continuously refine strategies and unlock new growth levers.
  • Act as a growth evangelist within the company — fostering a culture of speed, creativity, and bold execution.

What You’ll Bring

  • 7–8 years of experience in growth roles, with at least 5 years in OTA or ride-hailing.
  • Proven track record in scaling companies and leading cross-functional growth initiatives.
  • Experience managing 360° cycles of partnership, marketing, and commercial integration.
  • Strong storytelling skills and ability to build and engage communities.
  • Fluent in English, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • A go-getter mindset — experimental, data-driven, and passionate about driving impact.
