What you Do:
This role is based in the vibrant city of Bali and offers an exceptional chance to build a high-performing Sales team.
In this pivotal role, your core mission will be to expand the company's portfolio, strengthen product presence, unlock new clients, and product expansion and revenue growth. This position is ideal for a strategic thinker and hands-on executor who thrives in a high-growth environment. The primary objective of this role is to acquire new clients within the Entertainment, Hospitality, and Food & Beverage (F&B) sectors.
- Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential clients in the Entertainment, Hospitality, and F&B industries.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target industries.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to understand industry trends, client needs, and competitive landscape.
- Presentations & Demos: Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Negotiation & Closing: Lead negotiations and close deals to secure new business partnerships.
What you bring:
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the Entertainment, Hospitality, or F&B sectors.
- Strong understanding of the Early Wage Access (EWA) industry and its benefits.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
