As a Head of Project you will play a critical role in defining and executing our product strategy. supply and execution. You will lead cross-functional teams in delivering projects that align with company-wide OKRs including Operational Excellence, Productivity Improvement, Supply, Acquisition, Property Management, and Growth. You will report directly to executive leadership and act as a critical enabler for rapid execution in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

What you will do:

• Own the end-to-end delivery of high-impact projects across operations, supply chain, property management, and acquisition functions
• Develop and implement scalable project management frameworks tailored to a hypergrowth environment.
• Collaborate with functional leaders to define project scopes, timelines, resources, risks, and KPIs.
• Drive the execution of transformation initiatives that enhance productivity and operational efficiency.
• Proactively identify bottlenecks and remove obstacles to ensure timely delivery and execution.
• Build and lead a high-performing project management team as the company scales.
• Report regularly to senior leadership on project progress, performance metrics, and strategic insights.
• Champion a culture of “making it happen” – bias for action, ownership, and results.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in high-growth environments (e.g., Startups, Ride-Hailing, PropTech, or similar).

• Proven track record of leading transformation or strategic operations projects from inception to execution.

• Strong understanding of operational processes in supply, acquisition, and property/asset management.

• Exceptional ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders and drive alignment in ambiguous environments.

• "Go-getter" mindset — someone who thrives on making things happen fast and well.

• Experience in designing and scaling project delivery models in startups or scale-ups.

• Hands-on, action-oriented, and metrics-driven, with strong attention to detail.

• PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or Agile certifications are a plus.
