  Experience in cybersecurity and compliance is required, including a good understanding of security-by-design principles, industrial control system security, ISO 27001, NIST, or relevant regional regulations.

• proven experience in enterprise application deployment and integration, including API management, middleware integration, and implementation of business-critical applications.

• Experience in business continuity and disaster recovery is highly important, including multi-site BCP/DR planning, backup and recovery solutions, high availability, and aligning IT recovery objectives with production needs.

• Exposure to IT/OT convergence, Industry 4.0, IoT, SCADA, PLC, DCS, and industrial protocols such as OPC-UA, Modbus, or Profibus would be an advantage.

• A good conceptual understanding of cloud infrastructure, networking, hybrid environments, virtualization, containerization, data analytics, BI tools, AI, and GenAI will be highly valued.
