What you'll do:

As a Technology Strategy Director, you will play an instrumental role in guiding financial institutions through complex transformation journeys. Your day-to-day activities will involve engaging directly with senior leaders to co-create innovative strategies that address their most pressing technology challenges. By leveraging your deep understanding of both business needs and technological advancements, you will help clients navigate change confidently. • Lead end-to-end technology strategy engagements for top-tier financial institutions
• Advise C-suite (CIO, CTO, CDO, CEO) on digital transformation, IT operating model, and innovation strategy
• Deliver large-scale programs including:
• Core system modernization
• Digital banking / omnichannel transformation
• Data, AI & analytics strategy
• Cloud & infrastructure transformation
• Act as a trusted advisor on regulatory-driven transformation (OJK, BI, PDP Law)

• 12–18+ years of experience in: Consulting (Top-tier / Big 4 preferred), or
• In-house leadership roles (CIO/CTO office, Digital/Transformation) in Financial Services
• Strong track record in delivering large-scale transformation programs
• Proven exposure to Indonesia FSI landscape (Banking / Insurance / Fintech)
• Deep understanding of:
• IT Strategy & Operating Model
• Core Banking / Insurance Systems
• Digital & Omnichannel Platforms
• Data & Analytics / AI use cases
• Cloud transformation & architecture
• Familiar with Indonesia regulatory environment (OJK, BI, data privacy)
