What you'll do:
As the Head of Customer Relationship Management Analytics, you play a central role in shaping how the organisation leverages data to understand its customers better. You have honed your technical skills through extensive use of industry-standard tools like SAS or SQL alongside deep familiarity with CRM systems. You are committed to upholding high standards for data integrity while remaining sensitive to evolving industry trends.
Requirements

10+ years in data analytic/science, banking/finance is a MUST
- Demonstrated proficiency in advanced analytic techniques including multivariate regression analysis, predictive modelling, logistic regression, factor analysis, response prediction modelling, advertising effectiveness measurement, and consumer profiling is crucial.

Strong in SQL, SAS (or equivalent), CRM tools, and data visualisation.

Proven skills in predictive modelling, regression, segmentation.

Strategic, insight-driven, and a confident communicator.

Fluent in English is a MUST
