HEAD OF CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT ANALYTICS A leading organisation in Jakarta is hiring a Head of CRM Analytics to drive data-led strategies that boost customer engagement, cross-sell, and profitability. You'll lead the design of predictive models, campaign optimisation, and segmentation initiatives, while shaping CRM policy and ensuring data integrity.

What you'll do:

As the Head of Customer Relationship Management Analytics, you play a central role in shaping how the organisation leverages data to understand its customers better. Your day-to-day activities will involve designing robust analytical frameworks that inform strategic decisions around customer engagement and campaign effectiveness. By working collaboratively with various teams including CRM, Risk, Marketing, and IT. You will ensure that insights derived from big data translate into practical actions that drive measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and deploy predictive models (buy/attrite/next best offer)

  • Optimize campaign performance through advanced analytics

  • Develop customer segmentation for acquisition and retention

  • Ensure CRM data integrity, usability, and security

  • Collaborate with CRM, Risk, and cross-functional teams

  • Promote analytics adoption and mentor internal teams


To excel as Head of Customer Relationship Management Analytic, you bring a wealth of experience from senior analytics roles within banking or financial services environments. You have honed your technical skills through extensive use of industry-standard tools like SAS or SQL alongside deep familiarity with CRM systems. You are committed to upholding high standards for data integrity while remaining sensitive to evolving industry trends.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in data analytic/science, banking/finance is a MUST

  • Demonstrated proficiency in advanced analytic techniques including multivariate regression analysis, predictive modelling, logistic regression, factor analysis, response prediction modelling, advertising effectiveness measurement, and consumer profiling is crucial.
  • Strong in SQL, SAS (or equivalent), CRM tools, and data visualisation.

  • Proven skills in predictive modelling, regression, segmentation.

  • Strategic, insight-driven, and a confident communicator.

  • Fluent in English is a MUST
