Sales Manager (IT Cloud & Observability)

We’re looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to lead our growth in the Cloud & Observability market in Indonesia. If you thrive in a fast-paced, hunter-driven environment and know how to turn conversations into opportunities, this role is for you.
This role is based in the vibrant city of Jakarta and offers an exceptional experience to drive company portfolio, specifically in Banking Equipment product.
In this pivotal role, your core mission will be to expand the company's portfolio, strengthen product presence, unlock new opportunities, and drive product expansion and portolfio. This position is ideal for a strategic thinker and hands-on executor who thrives in a high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive go-to-market strategies and lead sales initiatives for Cloud & Observability solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key enterprise clients across Banking, FSI, and Retail sectors.
- Lead and mentor a sales team, focusing on both personal development and performance targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and convert them into qualified leads and closed deals.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and technical teams to deliver client success.
What you Bring:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in a hunter sales environment.
- At least 5 years of proven success in selling Cloud and Observability solutions.
- Strong leadership experience in managing teams and driving both growth and results.
- Established portfolio and network within large enterprises: Banks, FSI, and Retail.
- Passionate about going to market, building pipelines, and closing deals.
- Smart, sharp, and resourceful—able to turn any situation into a business opportunity.
