What you'll do:

* Develop comprehensive documentation for system configurations, process flows, user manuals, and training materials to facilitate knowledge transfer across teams.
* Conduct regular system reviews to identify areas for improvement, proactively addressing issues to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting.
* Support end users by delivering training sessions, troubleshooting technical problems, and offering ongoing assistance to maximise system adoption.

* Ability to develop detailed documentation including process maps, user guides, training materials, and system specifications.
