Head of Data

Key Responsibilities

• Own and scale the company's data platform, including data warehouse, pipelines, data quality, governance, and architecture.
• Partner with business leaders to generate actionable insights that drive revenue growth, sales performance, customer acquisition, and operational efficiency.
• Lead the development of dashboards, KPI frameworks, and self-service analytics capabilities across the organization.
• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing team across Data Engineering, BI, and Analytics functions.
• Act as the bridge between business and technology, ensuring data initiatives deliver measurable business impact.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Data Engineering, BI, Analytics, or Data leadership roles, with a strong mix of technical and business-facing responsibilities.
• Proven experience leading and managing Data Engineering and Analytics teams, including hiring, coaching, and performance management.
• Strong expertise in data warehousing, data modeling, ETL/ELT, SQL, and modern cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks, Redshift).
• Hands-on experience delivering business insights, executive reporting, KPI frameworks, and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence business leaders and translate business requirements into scalable data solutions.
• Experience building scalable data foundations while driving analytics adoption and data-driven decision-making across the organization.
• Prior experience in Property, Real Estate, Construction, Retail, or other asset-intensive industries is preferred.
