Head of Data and Integration Platform (Logistic)

We are looking for
A Data & Integration Platform Head to lead end-to-end data strategy and integration initiatives, playing a key role in a major ERP rollout while building a modern, scalable data ecosystem. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on technical execution, ideal for someone who enjoys shaping architecture while staying close to delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the data strategy and architecture for ERP rollout, including data migration, mapping, and governance
- Design and implement a unified integration strategy across APIs, middleware, and event-driven systems
- Drive the development of a modern data platform (Lakehouse, Data Warehouse, ETL/ELT pipelines) on Azure
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment on data standards and system integration
- Oversee enterprise data governance, ensuring data integrity, quality, and security
- Provide hands-on leadership in data engineering, including pipeline development, code reviews, and troubleshooting
- Manage integration platforms (e.g. Boomi, Kafka, RabbitMQ) to ensure high-performance data flow
- Lead data cutover and ensure smooth transition during ERP implementation
Key Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in data/IT roles, with at least 4 years in a leadership capacity
- Strong hands-on expertise in Azure Data Stack, Python, SQL, and Spark/Databricks
- Proven experience leading ERP data migration and integration projects
- Solid understanding of data architecture, MDM, and event-driven systems
- Experience with integration tools (e.g. Boomi, Kafka, RabbitMQ) is highly preferred
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to bridge business and technical teams
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field
