Business Analytics (JD Edwards)

We are seeking a hands-on Business Analyst to support a leading healthcare company in enhancing its JD Edwards platform. This role will focus on optimizing core business processes, improving operational performance, and supporting scalable growth across regional operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner closely with commercial, operations, and supply chain teams to translate business needs into scalable JD Edwards solutions that support distribution of healthcare equipment and consumables
- Drive optimization of core business processes (order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, inventory and warehouse management) to improve efficiency, cost control, and service delivery
- Lead system enhancements and issue resolution within JD Edwards to ensure seamless operations across multi-country healthcare markets
- Collaborate with regional stakeholders to support business growth, improve data visibility, and enable better decision-making across finance and operations
Key Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in JD Edwards (JDE)
- Exposure to industries such as healthcare, IT, or retail, with understanding of supply chain and operational workflows
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate effectively across technical and non-technical teams
- Experience in system implementation, process improvement, or transformation projects is highly preferred
