What you'll do:

  • Define and lead the strategic direction for hybrid cloud and on-premise infrastructure, aligning technical decisions with business objectives while optimising costs.
  • Establish a rigorous blameless post-mortem culture so that every outage results in permanent systemic improvements instead of temporary fixes.
  • Set and uphold cybersecurity standards by ensuring network architecture and data management comply with international benchmarks for security.
  • Ensure the Helpdesk function operates effectively as a bridge for manual escalation to engineering teams, facilitating smooth communication and resolution.

  • Deep understanding of how infrastructure impacts end-user experience through effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
