In this pivotal role, your core mission will be to expand the company's portfolio, strengthen product presence, unlock new opportunities, and drive product expansion and portolfio. This position is ideal for a strategic thinker and hands-on executor who thrives in a high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and growth objectives.
- Foster and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations.
- Identify new business opportunities and present tailored software solutions to meet client needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and implementation of software solutions.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Provide regular updates and forecasts to senior management on account status and pipeline development.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.

The ideal candidate for this IT Sales role brings a wealth of experience from the Principal Software / System Integrator (Banking Equipment) company. - Proven experience as a IT Sales or similar role minimum for 5 years, within a principal Software/ System Integrator company.
- Strong understanding of software solutions and the ability to communicate their value effectively with broad FSI / Banking / Multifinance portfolio
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and the ability to execute on sales objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
