You will work closely with cross-functional teams and senior leadership abroad, consolidating sales reports, managing tender and order processes, and leading reporting for internal stakeholders.

What you'll do:
As an Inside Sales and Data Reporting Specialist, you will play a central role in connecting commercial activities with data-driven insights. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve close collaboration with both local colleagues in Jakarta and international teams spanning Europe and North America. You will be entrusted with managing the entire tender and order process, ensuring every step is handled meticulously. By consolidating complex data sets into clear, actionable reports, you will empower senior leaders to make well-informed decisions. Your expertise in Power BI will be instrumental as you design dashboards that not only visualise key sales metrics but also automate routine reporting tasks—freeing up valuable time for strategic analysis. Regular participation in global meetings will keep you connected with evolving priorities across regions.   • Collaborate with more than seven external sales team members to deliver analytical insights and provide essential sales support that enhances overall team performance.
  • Take full ownership of the tender and order management process by applying a structured, detail-oriented approach that ensures accuracy and efficiency from initiation through completion.
  • Consolidate data from multiple systems and teams into actionable reports tailored for senior leadership based in Europe and North America, enabling informed decision-making at the highest level.
  • Design and build user-friendly dashboards in Power BI to track sales performance metrics and support automation initiatives that streamline reporting workflows.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for regional automation sales efforts by working cross-functionally with both technical experts and commercial stakeholders to align objectives.
  • Participate actively in regular global calls to maintain alignment with international sales operations, sharing updates and best practices across time zones.
  • Identify inefficiencies in current reporting processes and champion improvements by automating manual tasks using advanced Excel functions and Power BI capabilities.
  • Support internal stakeholders by delivering timely, accurate data analysis that informs business strategies and drives continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including experience with macros, pivot tables, large data set analysis, and automation of repetitive tasks.
  • Proven background in commercial support roles such as inside sales, tender or order management, or sales reporting within B2B environments.
  • Experience working within technical industries such as industrial goods manufacturing, oil & gas services, automation solutions, or engineering consultancies.
  • Fluency in English with confidence communicating across cultures and time zones as part of a global team structure.
  • Highly organised approach combined with a strong affinity for data analysis and solution-oriented thinking when addressing challenges.
  • Prior exposure to international clients or matrix organisations is considered advantageous but not mandatory.
