- Own the sales budget for the Oil & Gas, Chemical, and Power verticals in South East Asia by developing and executing effective strategies to drive order intake and sustainable pipeline growth.
- Collaborate closely with solution support functions and marketing teams to develop impactful branding and positioning strategies that highlight the organisation’s capabilities as a preferred provider of cooling solutions.
- Monitor competitor activity within key accounts to ensure timely formulation and implementation of appropriate response strategies that protect market share.
- Provide valuable input on market price developments to inform commercial decisions and maintain competitive advantage.
- Champion the application of standardised marketing and sales processes—including CRM systems and account plans—to optimise account management efficiency.
- Uphold the highest standards of compliance and integrity by embedding these values into all aspects of business operations within your remit.
- Develop deep understanding of key business drivers affecting customers’ operations in the O&G, Chemical, and Power sectors to identify opportunities for value creation.
- Act as the primary face to customers through field sales activities—building strong relationships with both new prospects and established clients across the region.
- Facilitate access for customers to application engineering experts within the organisation to deliver tailored technical solutions that address complex operational challenges.

- Minimum 10 years’ proven experience in technical sales management roles within the Oil & Gas, Chemical or Power sectors—demonstrating consistent achievement of ambitious targets.
- Demonstrated ability to operate effectively within a matrix organisation structure—balancing regional objectives with global priorities through clear communication and teamwork.
- Expertise in managing both direct and indirect sales channels for greenfield (new) as well as brownfield (existing) projects—ensuring comprehensive coverage of all relevant market opportunities.
- A pioneering spirit combined with a collaborative approach—contributing actively to building up processes within a growing sales organisation while sharing knowledge generously with colleagues.
- Strong interpersonal skills enabling you to identify areas for improvement within teams or processes—and provide constructive solutions that enhance overall performance.
- Extensive network among top-tier Oil & Gas, Petrochemical or Power companies—with key account management experience considered highly advantageous for this position.
- In-depth knowledge of industry trends affecting O&G, Chemical or Power segments—enabling you to anticipate customer needs proactively.
