You will play an essential part in ensuring that customers receive tailored solutions through hands-on demonstrations, pre-installation discussions, and production tests.

What you'll do:

As a Presales Engineer based in Jakarta, you will immerse yourself in a variety of engaging activities designed to connect technical solutions with real-world customer challenges. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve collaborating closely with sales colleagues during client meetings, where your ability to communicate complex concepts clearly will be invaluable. You will have the chance to demonstrate cutting-edge digital textile printing technologies through hands-on sample creation and live presentations. By visiting client sites, you will gain first-hand insight into their operational environments, allowing you to tailor recommendations that truly address their needs. Your role also includes preparing comprehensive training resources for both internal teams and partners, ensuring everyone is equipped with the latest product knowledge. In addition, you will coordinate with headquarters and vendors for any necessary technical clarifications while conducting rigorous pre-installation checks and production tests.   • Provide comprehensive technical support to the sales team during customer engagements by offering detailed product knowledge and addressing technical queries.
  • Conduct live demonstrations and create samples that effectively showcase the capabilities of advanced digital textile printing products to prospective clients.
  • Visit customer sites to gain a deep understanding of their specific application requirements and customise solutions that best fit their operational needs.
  • Collaborate closely with headquarters and external vendors to obtain technical clarifications, ensuring accurate information is delivered to both internal teams and customers.
  • Develop clear training materials and deliver engaging product training sessions for internal staff members or business partners to enhance overall product understanding.
  • Perform thorough pre-installation checks at client locations to ensure readiness for new equipment installations and minimise potential issues during deployment.
  • Oversee production testing processes to validate solution performance against customer expectations and document outcomes for future reference.

  • Maintain up-to-date documentation of all presales activities, including meeting notes, technical clarifications, and training records for effective knowledge management.
