What you'll do:
As a Field Services Manager, your role will be multifaceted. You will be responsible for providing technical guidance to our distributor's FSE team while also conducting joint service calls to ensure best practices are followed. Your excellent problem-solving skills will be utilised as you perform on-site repairs and maintenance of products. Your interpersonal skills will shine as you regularly visit healthcare facilities to build relationships and gather feedback. Additionally, you will present service contract options to customers while adhering to quality management processes.
- Provide technical guidance, training, and mentorship to distributor's FSE team on product installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair procedures.
- Conduct joint service calls with distributor FSEs to observe and provide real-time support.
- Assist in the development and implementation of service training programs for distributor FSEs.
- Perform on-site repairs, inspections, and maintenance of products.
- Regularly visit healthcare facilities to build relationships, provide support, and gather feedback.
- Present and explain service contract options, renewals, and related offerings to customers.
- Adhere to and promote quality management processes.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) is required along with familiarity with ticketing systems for managing service requests.
