Our client is seeking a Sales Manager with a strong technical background in ventilation systems and excellent client management skills. This role will be pivotal in driving revenue growth, managing key accounts, and expanding the company's presence across Indonesia. The successful candidate will have a strategic mindset to identify market opportunities and develop sustainable sales strategies.

What you'll do:
As a Sales Manager for our client based in Tangerang, your role will be instrumental in driving the company's growth. You will be responsible for developing strategic sales plans that not only meet but exceed revenue targets. Your excellent relationship management skills will be utilised as you manage and grow relationships with key clients, consultants, contractors, and distributors. Your keen eye for opportunity will allow you to identify new projects within commercial, industrial, and infrastructure sectors.

  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed revenue targets
  • Manage and grow relationships with key clients, consultants, contractors, and distributors
  • Identify new project opportunities in commercial, industrial, and infrastructure sectors
  • Provide technical product presentations and support to customers, ensuring alignment with project requirements
  • Collaborate with application engineers and the product team to develop tailored ventilation solutions
  • Prepare and submit proposals, quotes, and tender documents in a timely and accurate manner
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and project pipelines to provide market intelligence to senior management
  • Ensure timely payment collection and manage customer credit risks
  • Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and technical seminars
  • Lead and mentor junior sales staff or sales engineers


What you bring:
The ideal candidate for this Sales Manager position brings a wealth of experience from the HVAC industry. With a minimum of 5-8 years of sales experience under your belt, you possess strong technical knowledge of ventilation systems. Your proven track record in B2B sales demonstrates your ability to effectively negotiate deals while maintaining excellent relationships with clients. Your strong problem-solving skills and customer-focused approach will be key to your success in this role.

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field
  • Minimum 5–8 years of sales experience in HVAC, ventilation systems, or industrial equipment
  • Strong technical knowledge of ventilation systems, air movement, or air handling units
  • Proven track record in B2B sales
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and proficiency in English (spoken and written)
  • Willingness to travel within Indonesia for business development and client meetings
  • Experience in handling major infrastructure or industrial projects
  • Strong problem-solving and customer-focused approach
