Our client is on the hunt for a seasoned Office and Retail Leasing Manager to oversee the leasing and management of their commercial properties in Indonesia. This role is perfect for a strategic thinker with a strong background in commercial property leasing, particularly in retail and office spaces. The successful candidate will be responsible for enhancing the performance of properties, managing multi-functional teams, and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.

What you'll do:

As an Office & Retail Leasing Manager, your primary role will be to oversee the leasing and management of our client's commercial properties. You'll lead the leasing activities for retail F&B spaces and office spaces across multiple properties. Your strategic thinking skills will be put to good use as you develop leasing strategies that ensure high occupancy rates. You'll also manage a team of professionals in various departments to drive property visibility, tenant engagement, and revenue growth. Collaboration is key in this role as you'll work closely with financial executives to develop budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics for the commercial property portfolio.

  • Leading the leasing activities for retail F&B spaces and office spaces across multiple properties
  • Developing and executing leasing strategies to ensure high occupancy rates and long-term tenant satisfaction
  • Managing a team of 7 professionals in the leasing, media, creative, and event departments to drive property visibility, tenant engagement, and revenue growth
  • Collaborating with financial executives to develop budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics for the commercial property portfolio
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key tenants, potential tenants, and industry stakeholders
  • Overseeing media and event activities to enhance the branding and marketing of properties
  • Providing regular reports and updates on leasing performance, team progress, and strategic initiatives


What you bring:
The ideal candidate for this Office & Retail Leasing Manager position brings proven experience in commercial property leasing. Your strong leadership skills will be essential as you manage a team across various departments. Your excellent negotiation skills will come into play as you build relationships with key tenants. Your ability to manage multiple properties and deliver results within budget will be crucial to your success. Knowledge of the property market and trends, especially in F&B and office leasing, is a must. A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred, as is experience with property management software and leasing management tools.
