• Take overall accountability for the performance and profitability of the Indonesian logistics business by monitoring revenue streams, operational efficiency, and key performance indicators.
• Develop and execute comprehensive business strategies that align with broader group objectives while adapting them to local market conditions.
• Provide regular updates and strategic recommendations to both Indonesian and international boards to ensure transparency and collaborative decision-making.
• Drive new business development efforts by identifying opportunities across key industries and building a robust commercial pipeline.
• Strengthen relationships with existing customers through attentive service delivery and proactive account management to ensure high retention rates.
• Lead commercial negotiations with customers and partners to develop tailored solutions that enhance market position and foster long-term partnerships.
• Oversee end-to-end warehouse operations and freight activities to guarantee operational excellence, cost efficiency, service quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives across warehouse and freight operations by identifying areas for optimisation within the operating model and infrastructure.
• Lead the development of land transportation as a potential new product offering by creating actionable roadmaps for implementation.
• Foster an inclusive high-performance culture among approximately 200 employees—including outsourced personnel—by collaborating closely with senior managers in marketing, HR, finance, OHS, and more.

• Over 15 years of experience in logistics or supply chain solutions—including 3PL warehousing, contract logistics, or freight forwarding—with proven expertise in managing sizeable teams across multiple sites.
• Your background includes holding senior leadership positions such as General Manager or Country Head where you were responsible for driving profitable growth through effective P&L management.
• You possess a strong track record in business development activities including customer acquisition strategies that result in sustained account retention.
• Your deep understanding of warehouse operations enables you to optimise processes for maximum efficiency without compromising service quality or cost control.
• You demonstrate exceptional commercial acumen by balancing sales growth ambitions with financial discipline across all aspects of the business.
• Experience developing new logistics products or services—such as land transportation—is highly advantageous for this role.
• Your stakeholder management skills allow you to navigate complex organisational structures involving both local teams and international boards effectively.
• You are comfortable travelling extensively within Indonesia to maintain close contact with operational sites as well as customers throughout the country.
• You excel at fostering supportive environments where collaboration among cross-functional teams leads to shared success.
• Accommodation is available for candidates willing to be based in Cikarang; your flexibility regarding location is essential given the travel requirements.
