What you'll do:

  • Conduct regular store visits to assess performance, identify areas for improvement, and provide hands-on support to Store Managers and their teams.
  • Drive productivity by monitoring key metrics such as inventory accuracy, shrink control, cost management, and visual merchandising standards.
  • Analyse sales reports and market trends to develop actionable plans that boost revenue, improve underperforming stores, and maximise profitability.
  • Lead, coach, and mentor Store Managers and Area Supervisors by fostering a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and customer-centricity.
  • Recruit, train, and retain talented retail professionals while conducting performance reviews and succession planning to build strong teams for the future.

  • Possess expertise in sectors such as FMCG, fashion, lifestyle products, consumer electronics, pharmacy or beauty retail which enables you to adapt quickly to changing market demands.
  • Showcase advanced skills in sales management including KPI analysis, business analysis and data-driven decision making that inform your approach to achieving targets.
  • Exhibit strong financial acumen through P&L management, budget planning and margin improvement initiatives that contribute directly to business success.
