B2B National Sales Manager (Industrial Chemical)

We are seeking an experienced National Sales Manager to lead the company's B2B commercial business across Indonesia. This role will be responsible for developing and executing national sales strategies, leading regional sales teams, strengthening distributor partnerships, and driving sustainable business growth across key industrial sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the national B2B sales strategy to achieve revenue, volume, and profitability targets.

  • Lead, coach, and develop the regional sales organization to maximize performance and customer engagement.

  • Manage and strengthen relationships with distributors while expanding market coverage across Indonesia.

  • Identify new business opportunities within industrial, mining, manufacturing, construction, and heavy equipment sectors.

  • Drive key account development and maintain long-term relationships with strategic customers.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing strategies, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities.

  • Work closely with technical sales, supply chain, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure effective execution of commercial initiatives.

  • Conduct regular business reviews with distributors and regional sales teams to improve sales effectiveness and channel performance.

  • Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and business updates for senior management.

  • Ensure consistent implementation of commercial strategies and sales excellence across all regions.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.

  • Minimum 8–10 years of B2B sales experience, with significant exposure to industrial lubricants, mining, heavy equipment, construction, automotive aftermarket, or industrial consumables.

  • Proven experience leading regional or national sales teams.

  • Strong distributor management experience with a track record of developing high-performing channel partners.

  • Experience managing key accounts and driving business development within industrial sectors.

  • Commercially driven with strong negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Basic technical understanding of industrial products or lubricants is highly preferred.

  • Strong analytical skills with experience in sales forecasting, pipeline management, and business planning.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all organizational levels.

  • Fluent English communication, both written and spoken.

  • Willingness to travel extensively across Indonesia.
