What you'll do:

- Promote business growth by supporting budget quotations, contract management, order intake processes, revenue generation, and regular customer visits throughout the region.
- Oversee all aspects of the sales process to achieve target order intake, manage sales budgets effectively, foster new leads, and provide responsive support to customers.
- Define clear targets for order intake across the assigned region and product range, monitoring progress and adapting strategies as needed to ensure consistent achievement.
- Lead both functional and disciplinary activities within the department including staff selection, management, strategic positioning, and ongoing development initiatives.
- Negotiate and approve long-term contracts, frame agreements, and service contracts with customers while facilitating technical and commercial discussions.
- Coordinate regionally between customers or agents and headquarters to ensure smooth communication and effective implementation of business strategies.
- Support Everllence’s growth strategies by collaborating closely with internal stakeholders on budget planning, contract execution, and revenue tracking.
