What you'll do:

Your day-to-day responsibilities will centre around crafting robust strategies that drive revenue growth across multiple channels—ranging from sales floors to food & beverage outlets—while ensuring every customer interaction reflects the highest standards of service. - Develop and implement a comprehensive commercial strategy aimed at driving revenue growth across all retail channels including sales, food & beverage offerings, merchandising initiatives, and strategic partnerships.
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of five direct reports spanning Media Sales, Brand Marketing, Guest Service, Food & Beverage, and Sales to ensure delivery of exceptional customer experiences and achievement of business objectives.
- Conduct thorough competitor analysis and market research to identify opportunities for product innovation, pricing optimisation, and effective promotional campaigns that resonate with evolving consumer preferences.
- Collaborate closely with Operations, Finance, IT, and other cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency, profitability, and continuous improvement throughout all aspects of the retail business.
- Foster a culture rooted in customer-centricity by championing data-driven decision making and agile approaches that keep pace with shifting market dynamics.
