- Comprehensive understanding of end-to-end clinic operations including admissions processes, departmental coordination, and support services integration.
- Strong background in driving sales growth within healthcare settings while upholding ethical standards and patient-centric values.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills enabling effective stakeholder management—particularly doctor engagement for both productivity enhancement and recruitment purposes.
- Track record of successfully implementing service quality improvements based on customer satisfaction insights (CSI) or similar metrics.
- Ability to manage substantial headcounts (over 100 staff) across various functions while promoting teamwork and professional development.
- Experience working within highly regulated environments where compliance with industry standards is paramount.
- Excellent communication abilities—both written and verbal—for reporting to senior leadership as well as engaging frontline staff.
