- Balance order volume from global clients with profit margins through effective margin management strategies.
- Oversee credit and collection processes to guarantee healthy payment systems and mitigate risks related to quality claims or unilateral order cancellations.
- Synchronise sales commitments with actual factory capacity by integrating sales and operations planning, preventing penalties due to delivery discrepancies.
- Act as the primary liaison between sales and R&D/design teams, mandating the creation of fabric collections that align with large client mood boards for upcoming seasons.
- Promote transparency in supply chain traceability and environmental certifications throughout all sales processes.
- Guarantee adherence to international codes of conduct within the sales team, including anti-bribery policies and fair trade principles.

- Ability to direct product development efforts based on client mood boards for seasonal collections (Spring/Summer or Fall/Winter).
