A leading multinational in the energy & industrial solutions sector is looking for a National Sales Manager to lead market growth and distribution strategies across Indonesia. The role requires a strategic leader with strong experience in B2B & B2C distribution, market development, and team coaching.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and grow nationwide automotive lubricant distribution, including PCMO & MCO channels.

  • Build new distribution networks, enhance distributor performance, and explore new revenue models (e-commerce, O2O).

  • Mentor and develop the sales team to manage OEMs, fleet customers, and key accounts effectively.

  • Launch and position premium products through diverse channels, ensuring strong market penetration.

  • Drive strategic sales initiatives to increase profitability while adhering to compliance, safety, and quality standards.

  • Manage forecasting, budgeting, sales analytics, and distributor performance reviews.

  • Foster strong partnerships through loyalty events, training sessions, and trade activities.

What You Bring

  • 10+ years’ experience in automotive lubricants or related industrial B2B sales, with at least 7 years in senior leadership.

  • Proven success in distributor management and key account development across Indonesia.

  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and ability to innovate distribution models.

  • Supportive leadership style with a track record of coaching and mentoring high-performing teams.

  • Excellent stakeholder management with OEMs, fleet operators, and distributors.

  • Fluency in English for cross-border collaboration.

  • Deep understanding of compliance, HSE, and market dynamics within Indonesia.
