Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced National Sales Manager to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to take full ownership of the P&L delivery for gourmet mass products, driving business growth through excellent management and development of distributor partners and key customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and implementing effective RTM strategies, ensuring that the right products reach the right areas, segments, and customers in a timely and efficient manner. What you'll do:

As a National Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our client's gourmet mass products. Your primary responsibility will be to manage the full P&L delivery of these products. You will ensure overall business objectives are achieved by managing distributor partners and key customers effectively. You will also be tasked with defining and establishing the right RTM strategy to capture market potential. Your role will extend to driving both the business and brand ambitions internally and externally. This includes launching new products, positioning brand price, developing specific products for direct customers, as well as in-store execution.

  • End-to-end development and management of sales team including recruitment, retention, training, engagement/motivation, and monitoring
  • End-to-end distributor management and development including selection, RTM design, salesmanship, sales system capability, and execution
  • Developing business strategy and plan including market analytics, segment strategy, territory expansion strategy, pricing strategy, product/application plan
  • Ownership of P&L for Gourmet mass products
  • Collaborative work with internal (local, regional, global) and external functions

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the National Sales Manager position brings a wealth of experience in sales management and distribution handling Top FMCG or F&B products. You have strong knowledge of distribution processes and best practices which you've gained from at least 8 years in similar roles. Your excellent communication skills enable you to build strong relationships with distribution partners and internal stakeholders. You have a proven track record of developing successful distribution strategies that drive growth. Your strong analytical skills allow you to identify opportunities for improving distribution processes based on data analysis.
