As a Head of Sales you will play a critical role in defining and executing our sales strategy. You will be responsible for leading the developmtn and execution strategic sales initiatives to achieve revenue targets and expand our market presence.

What you will do:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue goals and market expansion.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities in the financial sector, including banks, lending institutions, and other financial services providers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with overall company objectives and market demands.

The ideal candidate for this Head of Sales role brings a wealth of experience from the FinTech Space. This role requires a visionary leader with a proven track record in B2B sales, particularly within the FinTech or financial services industry. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of credit scoring and a passion for driving business growth.

What you bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum 10 years proven experience in a senior sales role within the FinTech or financial services industry
  • Strong understanding of credit scoring and financial inclusivity.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a track record of building and leading successful sales teams.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to drive results and adapt to changing market conditions.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
