Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and client acqusiitions to achieve company sales targets and objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance and achieve individual and team goals.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and collaborations with financial institutions and other stakeholders.

- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role minimum for 5 years, within a Fintech/ Software Fintech company.
- Strong understanding of software solutions and the ability to communicate their value effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and the ability to execute on sales objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
