What you'll do:

As a Key Account Manager Modern Trade, you will play a pivotal role in expanding the presence of well-known consumer brands within Indonesia’s hypermarkets and supermarkets.   • Negotiate trading terms, promotional programmes, and listing agreements while adhering to company guidelines to foster mutually beneficial relationships.
  • Monitor account performance by tracking sell-in, sell-out, market share, and promotional effectiveness, adjusting strategies as needed to maximise results.
  • Collaborate closely with Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance departments to guarantee seamless execution of promotions, new product launches, and stock availability.
  • Conduct regular market visits and store checks to assess execution quality, observe competitor activity, and identify new growth opportunities for the brand.
