Your background should reflect not only technical expertise but also an empathetic approach to team leadership—ensuring that those reporting to you feel supported in their professional growth journeys. You will have demonstrated success managing complex P&L responsibilities while consistently achieving or exceeding targets related to profitability and volume delivery.

  • A minimum of 5 to 10 years’ proven experience in a leadership role within sea freight sales or customer service/operations is essential for success in this position as it demonstrates your depth of industry knowledge.
  • Demonstrated track record of managing teams effectively with a focus on coaching, mentoring, supporting professional development among direct reports, and fostering an inclusive team environment.

  • Hands-on familiarity with digitalisation tools used in logistics or supply chain environments to drive process efficiencies and enable data-driven decision making across multiple functions.
