What you'll do:
As a Key Account Manager for Food Service, your day-to-day responsibilities will centre around building strong partnerships with influential B2B clients across Indonesia’s food service landscape. - Collaborate closely with clients to understand their production processes or menu requirements, proposing customised food solutions such as sauces, seasonings, and pre-mixes that address their specific needs.
- Negotiate and execute Joint Business Plans (JBP), annual contracts, and tailored promotion plans to achieve revenue objectives while supporting market share growth.
- Oversee the end-to-end process of new product listings and customised developments by working collaboratively with R&D, Supply Chain, and Quality Assurance teams.
- Track and analyse market trends in Indonesia, monitor competitor movements, and assess shifts in raw materials to provide actionable insights for business strategy.
- Prepare regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reviews for management to ensure clear visibility into growth strategies and progress.
