What you'll do:

As a Key Account Manager (Water Treatment), your primary responsibility will be managing a portfolio of existing national or international corporate account contracts while also developing relationships with new customers. You will be tasked with implementing plans to create ongoing improvement in customers’ operations, thereby enhancing returns for the division. Your role will involve coordinating business reviews at identified accounts, monitoring market trends, and negotiating annual price increases. Additionally, you will identify and document customer value opportunities and establish target customer lists for new business development.

  • Follow safety guidelines and report incidents as per company policy
  • Meet established sales and profitability targets at plant level
  • Identify growth opportunities and develop targeted action plans
  • Coordinate business reviews at identified accounts ensuring agreed action plans are delivered
  • Monitor market intelligence and competitive movement within accounts
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships at all levels, including cultivation of c-suite contacts
  • Plan, negotiate and implement annual price increases
  • Identify, propose, deliver and document customer value opportunities
  • Establish target customer lists for developing new business

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the Key Account Manager (Water Treatment) position brings a wealth of experience in B2B sales within a large, international matrix organization. A background in the food industry coupled with a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering sets you apart.
