What you'll do:
As a Key Account Manager, you will be entrusted with end-to-end management of major retail accounts in dynamic marketplace. - Collaborate closely with Trade Marketing, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to deliver integrated category strategies that are tailored to customer needs and market trends.
- Oversee trade term negotiations with retail partners while planning promotions and supporting new product launches to maximise visibility and sales.
- Monitor account performance by analysing data trends and proposing actionable commercial plans that achieve targets while optimising trade spend return on investment.
- Represent the organisation in high-level business reviews and strategic discussions with key retail partners to strengthen relationships and identify new growth opportunities.
- Work cross-functionally to ensure alignment on category plans, promotional activities, and supply chain requirements for seamless execution.
