What you'll do:

As the Head of Partnerships, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of preventive healthcare. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement a partnership strategy that aligns with our client's healthcare roadmap. You will build and manage relationships with a diverse range of partners from beauty clinics to emerging healthtech platforms. Your collaborative skills will be put to good use as you work closely with marketing, digital, and product teams to co-create value propositions and campaigns. Additionally, you will maintain strong relationships with traditional healthcare providers to ensure synergy between curative and preventive networks.

  • Develop and execute a partnership strategy aligned with our preventive healthcare roadmap.
  • Build and manage relationships with a wide range of partners including beauty clinics, pilates studios, gyms, padel clubs, wellness centers, and emerging healthtech platforms.
  • Lead negotiations and onboarding of partners to integrate into our customer offering.
  • Collaborate with marketing, digital, and product teams to co-create value propositions and campaigns with partners.
  • Maintain strong relationships with hospitals and traditional healthcare providers, ensuring synergy between curative and preventive networks.
  • Monitor partnership performance, ROI, and customer impact.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the Head of Partnerships role brings a wealth of experience in business development or strategic alliances within the healthcare or wellness sector. With 7-10+ years under your belt, you have established a strong network within the wellness industry across Indonesia or Southeast Asia. Your proven track record in establishing B2B2C partnerships demonstrates your ability to create successful ecosystem plays. Your excellent negotiation skills are matched by your exceptional communication abilities which enable effective stakeholder management. An entrepreneurial mindset coupled with strong execution and commercial acumen sets you apart. Experience in a digital health startup, insurance tech, or wellness platform is highly desirable, as is a background in brand collaborations, lifestyle marketing, or consumer partnerships.

  • 7–10+ years experience in business development, partnerships, or strategic alliances, ideally in healthcare, wellness, or insurance.
  • Strong network in wellness, fitness, or lifestyle brands in Indonesia or Southeast Asia.
