What you'll do:

As Supply Chain and Logistics Manager you will play a pivotal role in shaping the operational backbone of one of Indonesia’s most prominent lifestyle brands. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve managing all facets of supply chain activity from warehouse optimisation through logistics coordination to import compliance. • Oversee all aspects of supply chain operations in Indonesia including warehouse management, logistics coordination, import processes, quota compliance, governance standards, distribution strategies, and team supervision across Bali and Jakarta.
• Manage a team of approximately five direct reports by fostering a collaborative atmosphere that supports individual growth and collective achievement.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders such as Retail, Commercial, Finance, Marketing, Operations, and Regional Supply Chain teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow.
• Implement best practices for inventory control and warehouse optimisation to maximise efficiency while maintaining high standards of accuracy and safety.
• Coordinate logistics activities including transportation planning, vendor management, customs clearance procedures, and timely delivery of goods to various retail outlets and partners.
• Monitor import quotas and regulatory compliance to ensure adherence to Indonesian laws and company policies while mitigating risks associated with international trade.
• Develop governance frameworks for supply chain processes that promote transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement within the department.
• Collaborate with matrix reporting lines in Australia to align local operations with global strategies for retail expansion and e-commerce growth.

• Demonstrated ability to manage end-to-end supply chain operations including warehouse oversight, logistics coordination, import/export processes, quota compliance, governance frameworks, distribution planning, and team supervision.
• Advanced proficiency with SAP or Microsoft Dynamics ERP systems for inventory tracking and process automation; hands-on experience is essential for interview success.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative approach to working across diverse teams such as Retail, Commercial, Finance, Marketing, Operations, and Regional Supply Chain units.
