What you'll do:
As an Operations and Supply Chain Lead, you will be responsible for laying the foundation of operational success in Jakarta. - Lead the end-to-end implementation of an ERP system to streamline operations and prepare the subsidiary for commercial activities.

- Oversee import/export procedures, taxes, and regulatory adherence to maintain smooth supply chain operations.

- Monitor key performance indicators such as uptime, inventory accuracy, and reporting efficiency to achieve operational excellence.

- Stabilise commercial flows within the first six months and build out the operations team within twelve months.

The ideal Operations and Supply Chain Lead brings proven experience in ERP implementation or UAT alongside strong project management capabilities. - Experience in medical devices or pharmaceutical industries is highly desirable; however, candidates from FMCG or other relevant sectors with strong operational expertise are welcome.
- Mid-level professional background capable of executing tasks independently while growing into a leadership role over time (Supervisor/Assistant Manager/Manager level).
- Startup experience is considered an advantage as it demonstrates adaptability in fast-evolving environments.
- Ability to establish vendor relationships and oversee supply chain operations including import/export procedures.
