  • Develop and implement the country indirect procurement strategy by aligning business requirements with regional and global priorities to ensure optimal sourcing outcomes.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop the country procurement team by setting clear objectives, allocating responsibilities and resources, managing performance, and strengthening both individual and collective capabilities.
  • Maintain overall accountability for procurement delivery across the country portfolio by prioritising tasks appropriately, delegating effectively, enforcing execution discipline, and ensuring continuity for business-critical requirements.
  • Act as Procurement’s principal representative in Indonesia by building strong relationships with senior stakeholders across Operations, Finance, Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, HSE, and plant leadership.
  • Secure early Procurement involvement in key projects by aligning competing priorities and constructively challenging business requirements to drive value.
  • Personally lead the most strategic, complex, high-value or high-risk sourcing initiatives and negotiations while providing direction, coaching, and governance for projects led by team members.
  • Drive country-wide value through demand aggregation, specification improvement initiatives from OEM to alternative manufacturers, supplier consolidation efforts, contract coverage expansion, supplier performance monitoring, risk management activities, and balanced sourcing decisions considering cost, service quality, safety sustainability compliance operational continuity.

  • Bachelor’s degree required preferably in Engineering Supply Chain Procurement Business Administration or another relevant technical commercial field demonstrating your academic foundation for success.
