What you'll do:
As Southeast Asia Business Services Procurement Manager you will play a central role in managing end-to-end procurement activities across multiple indirect categories such as fleet management, travel services, facilities operations, HR solutions, IT support and digital offerings. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve collaborating closely with internal stakeholders to understand their needs while developing sourcing strategies that balance cost efficiency with service excellence. - Oversee RFx processes, e-auctions, benchmarking exercises, supplier evaluations, commercial negotiations, and contracting activities to secure optimal outcomes for the organisation.
- Evaluate supply market options and challenge demand requirements to ensure initiatives are effectively implemented across countries and stakeholder groups.
- Act as the Asia Pacific Business Services Category Lead by steering regional priorities, identifying leverage opportunities, standardising processes where possible, aggregating demand, and benchmarking performance.
- Build a robust pipeline of savings initiatives, foster supplier collaboration, drive innovation projects, and champion process improvements at both SEA and AP levels.
- Partner with global category leaders and local market teams to align enterprise-wide priorities with specific business needs in each geography.
- Establish strong partnerships with senior functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into actionable sourcing strategies and influence decisions on specifications, supplier selection, commercial models, and implementation plans.
- Lead supplier governance routines including regular business reviews focused on cost efficiency, service quality, innovation potential, responsiveness to issues, risk management, and compliance adherence.
- Drive analytics creation including spend transparency dashboards, market intelligence reports, category analytics tools, performance reporting mechanisms; oversee governance reviews to track benefit realisation and process simplification.

- Experience leading multi-country or regional projects involving diverse stakeholder groups from different cultural backgrounds within matrixed organisations.
- Advanced analytical skills combined with strong commercial acumen; able to interpret complex data sets into actionable insights that inform decision-making at executive level.
- Excellent project management capabilities—able to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining clear communication channels between teams.
