What you'll do:

As Vice President Operations, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of one of Indonesia’s most successful F&B groups. Your daily responsibilities will revolve around overseeing an extensive network of stores—ensuring each outlet operates efficiently while delivering exceptional customer experiences. • Oversee the full operational management of a large-scale store network across Indonesia, ensuring seamless day-to-day functioning and consistent delivery of value-focused services.
• Lead the rollout of new store openings and expansion projects, collaborating with internal stakeholders to achieve aggressive growth targets while maintaining high standards.
• Supervise kitchen production processes at multiple manufacturing plants to guarantee product consistency and adherence to established SOPs.
• Implement robust quality control measures across all outlets to uphold brand reputation and customer satisfaction.
